We had Pamela as our waitress, and she was absolutely amazing! 🤍 The entire staff was 10/10—so welcoming and attentive—and the food was genuinely some of the best we’ve had in Charlotte. I can’t recommend this place enough! Whether you’re planning a date night, celebrating an anniversary, or just marking a special occasion, this is definitely the place to go. We’ll absolutely be back!

My girls and I went here for dinner. It was my first time trying Catalina’s and I’m so glad I did. I got the lobster and shrimp roll and it was fresh and delicious. Our server, Matt G, made our night a 10/10. He gave us some recommendations and patiently answered questions we had. He was the best and made us laugh. We will definitely be back. Update: I came here again and brought my friend from out of town. We requested Matt G, but got Chris instead and he was absolutely amazing as well. He made us laugh and constantly made sure we were okay. We even enjoyed watching and talking about the World Cup game that was on. We definitely made a new friend as well that night. The pasta was so fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back.

went to Catalina recently for the 1st time w/ friends.. It's a cool looking restaurant, kind of 'airy and open'. Our server [Angel] was really friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Gave us great recommendations. We all ordered the Banana Split Colada (yummy!). I ordered the Orange Glazed Northern Atlantic Salmon (chef recommends cooked medium). It was good, had a little heat (and not from the temperature of the food - which wasn't 'HOT') but from the veggies or chili flakes. It wasn't terrible, but had I known that, I probably would have ordered something else. Someone else @ the table ordered the Parmesan Fries. The portion was huge! They were good - but not temperature HOT. For dessert, I was tempted by Creme Brulee (my favorite!). I know preparation for this dessert takes a little time because of the burnt sugar - when it arrived at the table, the burnt sugar was not warm as it should have been. The server asked me how I like it and I was honest by telling him that I have had better. *probably would have given the food 3 stars, but the presentation saved it*

It was our Anniversary and we went to Catalina for an early dinner at 5:45 on a Sunday. It was pretty full by the time we arrived. Our table was ready for us, we did not wait. Maddie was our server and she was excellent. Did everything right. She made our meal and experience super enjoyable and memorable. We split the french fries and they were so good. We both loved the garlic mayo/aioli. Highly recommended. I got the Ditka burger and it was so good. Cooked perfectly medium, topics tasted fresh. So tasty. I got the side cesar salad and that was a great choice I thought. My love got whipped burrata and crispy brussels sprouts. She loved it. They surprised us with a little sundae for a dessert, that was so thoughtful. Thank you for a great Anniversary dinner!

Go to this restaurant!! Not only is the food fantastic but the staff is even better. Our server - Chris (Ben Affleck - you’ll see it if you have him as a server) was fantastic. We got seated a little late and they sent us apps immediately for that. Everything that we got was delicious (we recommend the rigatoni or the short rib pap). Coming from 5 people who have been in the serving industry Chris was genuinely the best server we have ever had. This restaurant is something that we all agreed to recommend to others - not to mention it gives luxury atmosphere for great prices.
